Week 3 October Meal Planning, To Do List, Recipes and Grocery List

I am adding this week's menu, a weekly grocery list and to do list for you.

On Sunday's I meal prep for the week. It takes about 30 minutes but it makes my week so much easier. The ability to put dinner on the table in 30 minutes is important for your family and I hope that my menu and to do list will help you in the process.
