Lemon Blueberry Drop Biscuits

My little grandson loves blueberries and I am always looking for a new recipes for him. It is one of his favorite foods. So these drop biscuits fit the bill. Not only are they delicious and flavorful but so easy.

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt baking powder. Whisk to combine.
Then add an 8 oz. container of lemon yogurt, an egg and melted butter. Mix until just combined, the batter will be stiff. Fold in 1 cup of blueberries. I used fresh but you could use frozen.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. I made a glaze of lemon juice, lemon peel and ½ c. confectioner sugar. Drizzle over the biscuits.
So good and a fairly quick breakfast for the family.
