This is the first week of classes. I am working hard to
get the students course content ready. This semester is the first time I am
teaching a course online. Very intimidating, the software is appropriate and
making sure I can accomplish the technological challenge.
We are starting the long process to gut and re-do the
kitchen. I will make an appointment with a kitchen designer this week. I know
what I want but need to have a professional help with a lighting plan and to
verify that what I want will be workable for a long time.
Spring has been on my mind… spring cleaning, Easter,
garden planning,
forcing bulbs and cleaning the yard. We will start the kitchen
remodel in mid-May so I need to be ready for the challenge!!
I have been cleaning out the fridge and both freezers.
