My son's sweet girlfriend had a table that needed to be refinished. It had some things painted on it before but the legs were black. She wanted the whole table painted black. They primed the table.

Good job guys.

Okay, now the spray paint.

What the heck is he doing? Concentrate on a nice even coat of spray paint....

Okay, much better. I hope she likes it.

Good job. Some primer and one can of spray paint. Not a bad days work.
Mission accomplished! Love that black table. :)
ReplyDeleteWow. My boyfriend really is special, isn't he? But it is wonderful! I love it. I'm going to set it up nice in the next few days and take some pictures.
ReplyDeleteBut I need those pictures of him painting.
Oh my word! That just MADE my morning! I think your son is trying to 'look' manly! And I mean that in the nicest of ways.
ReplyDeleteSpray paint is the best. It can be a cheap miracle in a can. I found a few really shiny brass light fixtures on closeout at of all places, KMART (shudder) and I ended up spray painting one an ivory matte and the other a matte finish navy blue. They turned out awesome - and both fixtures including the paint, cost me UNDER $15. One light hangs in Molly's room and the navy one hangs in the boys room.
I love me some spray paint!
LOVE the table now!!
ReplyDeleteHELLLLLOOO accomplished woman!
ReplyDeleteIm so glad to meet a nice conservative gal!
not sure how you found me, but I can see we just might become fast friends, here in blog land.
Your son cracks me up! Maybe he can be one of those studly guys on HGTV that have the home redo shows.
Ill be back!
